Dedicated to my daughter, this blog cherishes motherhood, recognises the importance of childhood, advocates children's rights and explores issues of natural parenting, play, education, health, creativity and nature.
This is wonderful! I have a lot of difficulty with PJ at times because he is very intelligent and incredibly articulate, so it's easy to forget that he's not even four years old yet. While we do a lot of creative things together, we've lost a little of the happy silliness that comes naturally to very small children, and I really miss that. It must be time for us to go and find some elephants!
Or build a rocketship :) I really want to go to the movies in my pyjamas one day too. I think this should be on everyone's fridge as an everyday reminder. Sometimes I think I take the silliness part a bit too far, as friends and family are always telling R that her Mum is MAD and she has no hope of growing up normal :)
